Toroidal transformers can be designed in different sizes (height and diameter) as well as additional primary and secondary voltages and outputs as required.
Toroidal transformers are characterized by being efficient, small and quiet / good EMC properties.
The circular core wound with steel ribbon combined with evenly distributed windings encapsulates the magnetic field, which enables an efficiency of about 95% to be achieved.
The high efficiency helps to make the transformer smaller and easier than the traditional EI transformer. UL approval according to UL506 or UL60601-1 possible.
All transformers are made according to EN61558 - unless otherwise agreed.
All transformers are tested before despatch.
